In an earlier life, I owned, published, edited and wrote for a group of weekly newspapers in my native Southern New Jersey. One of the best parts about owning the papers was being able to write a column each week about anything and everything I wanted to write about ... from memories of my girls to raising children to fussing over some stupid government regulation to mourning the losses of dear friends.

I hope you'll enjoy reading some of my favorites and that you'll take a minute to drop me an e-mail and share your thoughts on any of the topics or one of your own. Thanks!
